At Open Doors International, our Financial Data Management (FDM) team plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing our global ERP system, Unit4 Business World. Used across our offices for Finance, Project Management, and HR, this system is essential to our operations. Our top priority is providing outstanding support to its users, while also handling configuration changes, developing reports, and building interfaces in collaboration with our FDM team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with users and, when needed, external consultants to ensure smooth system functionality and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while reporting directly to the FDM Manager. Your key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to ensure an efficient work environment for all users.
- Configure and maintain the Unit4 ERP infrastructure within the corporate architecture.
- Train and advise global users in using Unit4 ERP efficiently and securely.
- Be part of the FDM team by helping colleagues and sharing knowledge.
- Lead or participate in international change projects.
Your profile
- Committed Christian with a heart for the Persecuted Church.
- Preferably a bachelor degree in IT or similar area.
- Preferably work experience with ERP, SQL, Excel and API’s.
- Understanding of ITIL, preferably certified with ITIL Foundation.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- A proactive, service oriented, organized team player.
- Excellent communication skills (in English).
- Cross-culturally sensitive.
