We are looking for a service-oriented Software Developer to play a key role building systems to support staff in over 60 countries. You support the Manager Solution Development and work with a global team of motivated professionals who are passionate about serving the Church. Your key responsibilities

• Building new capabilities and enhancing an existing Salesforce-based solution (thus, experience as a Salesforce developer/engineer is critical) and extending various .NET-based systems.
• Analyzing user requirements, devising solutions and presenting them to the Solutions Development Team.
• Advising stakeholders and IT management and giving solution directions.
• Collaborating with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
• Building solutions and related documentation making the delivered features supportable by the Support Team and other team members.
• Testing and implementing programs and applications.
• Together with the team, ensuring the quality and security of the product you’re working on.

Your profile

• A committed Christian with a passion for the Persecuted Church.
• Analytical, practical and creative.
• Convincing, entrepreneurial, and a team player.
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional and intellectual ability, and several years’ relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce, with a strong aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. Highly motivated to be self-directed, solve problems, expand expertise (e.g., AI, new syntaxes, DPIN) and take on new challenges.
• Able to independently research new technologies and build capabilities with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
